Cite What You Write!
Whenever you quote, paraphrase, summarize, or refer to the work of someone else (book, essay, website or
otherwise), you are required to cite its source (both in text and at the end). Failing to do so will result in a
referral and a zero and possibly being kicked out of a school.

 Other: Microsoft Word (’07)has a tool section called “References” -> Citations & Bibliography that will
help – just make sure you’re using the right Style (MLA not APA – unless told otherwise)
Failure to cite properly or the excuse “I don’t know how to do it” isn’t an option. The internet tells you how
to do everything. Stop making excuses and be responsible for your learning.
